Main effect

  1. Prevent or remove scale strongly

    Water Energizers prevents rust and corrosion in a system and protects the metals in the system.

Economical Efficiency

  1. Little energy
    Energy cost is reduced.
  2. Small repair cost
    Cost of water treatment chemicals is decreased. Labor costs of preventative and repair work such as scale removal and chemicals management and other costs for regular maintenance and system stopping can be reduced.
  3. Little water (Reuse of coolant)
    To manage chemical concentration of coolants, water blow reduces forcibly to decrease the supply of coolant. Because water quality is improved, the ratio of recycle of industrial water increases.
  4. Small product cost
    Error rate of product quality decreases by stabilizing the cooling capacity of heat exchanger.
  5. Small equipment cost
    Life of water system (like pipe) increases.

Relation between scale thickness and fuel loss

Fuel loss caused by scale depends on the status of pipe and raw water. However, there is a close connection between scale thickness and fuel loss.
