How to use NO-BLAST

1. Shake well before use.
2. Remove oil and foreign bodies from the surface as is needed for ordinary painting..
   Treat the surface like general painting
3. Remove heavy and loose rust with wire brush.
   Adjust quantity of NO-BLAST depending on the corrosion status.
4. Secure a dried surface before applying NO-BLAST
   If the surface is not even with leftovers after applying NO-BLAST, mildly brush the surface.
5. Paint 1-2 time(s) using sprayer or brush
6. Work should not be performed below 5℃ and over 90% of relative humidity.
7. Coating thickness is ranging from 15 to 20㎛.
8. Recommended amount to use: 20㎡/ℓ
   (The volume may increase/decrease according to the surface environment.)
9. After using NO-BLAST, dry the surface completely for top coating.
   (Dry it for at least 12 hours)

The material is prepared with experiments and experience in using NO-BLAST. Thus, its contents may change

1. Avoid exposure to the fire, sunlight and keep in dark and dry space. Store in an airtight container at room temperature ( -5c ~ 35c )
2. Keep out of reach of children
3. Storage term to be 12 months
4. Do not store in steel or metal containers.
5. Do not use mixed with other products
6. Wear gas mask, protective goggle, and protective gloves for safety during work
7. Do not use a used container for other purposes.
8. Change air frequently when working in a closed area
9. For skin contact, flush with water
10. Store the rest of NO-BLAST in a tightly sealed plastic container.
